Siwonhan Daegutang

Siwonhan Daegutang is a Korean restaurant in Seoul that serves cod soup and cod head soup. The clear yet spicy broth contains large pieces of cod, radish, and Cheongyang chili peppers, and the menu includes cod soup jiri (clear fish soup) and special cod head soup. The cod meat comes away easily from the bones, and the side dishes are neatly served. Omande combines fish cake, dumplings, and cod soup in one dish.
