Sanwol Sujebi

Sanwol Sujebi is a noodle shop in the Eunma shopping center in Daechi-dong, Seoul, serving kalguksu and sujebi in an anchovy broth. The sujebi is chewy and the kalguksu noodles are soft and break easily, and a mixed bowl of both, kaljebi, can be ordered. At lunchtime the line is long and food comes out after about 10 to 15 minutes. Cards are not accepted, and payment is by cash or bank transfer only.
