Restaurant RIPE

Restaurant RIPE (Motung-i U) serves a hanwoo omakase on the ninth floor of a building in Seoul. It is a beef restaurant with a Korean base, and the multi-course fusion menu includes truffle-topped flower sirloin and a tenderloin sandwich. Behind an entrance door that resembles a secret vault are bar seats and a private room, and reservations are not easy to get. The course has many side dishes but a small amount of meat.
