Pescado Cheongdam

Pescado Cheongdam serves California-style fusion Japanese food and drinks near Gangnam-gu Office Station. The daily mixed sashimi includes yellowtail, flounder, tuna, salmon, mackerel and shrimp, and the chef slices aged hoe at the table, tops it with caviar and briefly sears the mackerel hoe with a torch. In the sushi course the chef explains each dish in person, and there is a restroom inside. Tuna tataki, flounder ceviche and kimchi okonomiyaki are also on the menu.
