Ilwon Jumeok Gogi is a charcoal grill restaurant in the Ilwon-dong food alley, across from Samsung Seoul Hospital, serving pork collar, galmaegisal, and dwitgogi. The signature jumeok gogi is grilled over corn fuel, which gives the meat a mild sweetness. Dwitgogi is characterized by the chewy texture typical of the back-neck cut.
