Idam is a meat restaurant in Apgujeong that grills thick samgyeopsal (pork belly) over charcoal briquettes. Staff grill the meat from start to finish, and it comes with kimchi stew and daeparamen. The side dishes are made in-house, and the grill is tended throughout the meal so diners can focus on the meat. The restaurant was featured on the television programs "My Little Old Boy" and "Perfect Life."
