Hyeongje Gopchang

Hyeongje Gopchang is a gopchang restaurant in Seoul that serves soegopchang, makchang and daechang. The soegopchang is packed with gopchang and the ends contain garlic. The owner trims the gopchang by hand and removes the outer skin, and recommends another menu item when the condition is not good. Ingredients run out quickly, so arriving late means not eating.
