Hamsura is a Korean restaurant in Seoul that serves bone jjim, gamjatang (pork bone and potato stew), and pork bone hangover soup. The bone jjim comes in a spicy-sweet marinade and can be ordered with added pig skin, while the gamjatang and hangover soup center on a rich broth and soft pork bones. Waiting is done through CatchTable, and the tables turn quickly enough that a message about entry can arrive while you drink a 500 ml beer. To eat in person without a reservation, the wait can exceed one hour.
