Chamchi Yeohaeng

Chamchi Yeohaeng is a seafood restaurant in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, serving tuna hoe and sushi courses. It is about 400 meters on foot from Seolleung Station. The aged tuna is served by cut, with side dishes such as tuna internal-organ jeotgal, hoemuchim, and grilled salmon head. The tuna is thawed well, so it has no fishy taste and is soft enough to melt in the mouth, and staff explain how to eat it and which cuts are which.
