Sushi Ima

Sushiima is a small sushi omakase restaurant in Eunpyeong, Seoul. It serves sashimi and sushi together, with more than 20 kinds of hoe and sushi, including combinations such as flounder liver, monkfish liver, and scallop. One chef handles every guest, explains the menu, and serves without pause, finishing with scorched rice and braised fish. The room seats eight, so seats are limited.
