Buan Susan

Buan Susan is a hoe restaurant in Noryangjin Fisheries Market in Seoul that sells aged hoe and yellowtail hoe. It ages assorted hoe of various fish types for three to six hours and cuts the hoe into thick slices. Customers who book in advance receive a larger portion of fish, and aged yellowtail hoe must be reserved ahead. The portions of fish are large enough to fill you up without eating dinner.
