Jujuhwoe is a restaurant near Heukseok Station and Chung-Ang University in Seoul that serves aged hoe and Japanese-style anju. Flounder, salmon and seasonal fish are cut thick, and sets come with minari-bae muchim, handmade sushi, odengtang, fried shrimp and braised salmon head. The thickness of the hoe can be requested thin or thick, and diners wrap the sushi rice and gim themselves. On weekends many neighborhood residents visit, and the single dishes and rice meals are varied.
