Bareun Hwangso Gopchang

Barun Hwangso Gopchang is a gopchang (grilled intestines) restaurant in the alleys of Sadang Station in Seoul, serving Hanwoo beef gopchang. The mixed platter comes with yeomtong, gopchang, daechang (beef large intestine), and makchang (beef abomasum), and staff grill it at the table after a first pass over the coals. Eomuktang with bean sprouts and cheongyang peppers, saenggan, and cheonyeop come with the meal, and gopchang-oil buldak tongtongmyeon can be added. Arriving late can mean a wait, so an early visit is needed.
