Yeongsune Gamjaguk Main Branch

Yeongsoone Gamjaguk Main Branch is near Dobongsan Station in Dobong-gu, Seoul, and boils gamjatang with domestic pork backbone and whole potatoes. The kitchen grinds raw soybeans on site and adds ssukgat to the broth. The meal comes with geotjeori topped with raw oysters, and diners choose a sa-ri of jjolmyeon, ramyeon, or kalguksu. There is relatively little meat attached to the backbone.
