Soyanggang Dakgalbi

Soyanggang Dakgalbi is a 25-year-old Chuncheon-style dakgalbi restaurant in Sinchang-dong, about 10 to 15 minutes by bus from Suyu Station. The dakgalbi includes perilla leaf, cabbage, sweet potato, and rice cake, served with a thick sauce and dongchimi. Staff grill the dakgalbi for you after you order, and adding udon noodles changes the composition of the dish. Seating is divided into room-like sections, and you can request extra lettuce, broth, and kimchi.
