Samseong Sutbul Galbi is a pork galbi restaurant in Banghak-dong, Seoul, where the ribs are grilled over charcoal. The galbi is marinated in a sweet soy sauce and served with pa muchim and a chicory salad, and diners also order naengmyeon alongside it. The restaurant has operated since 1988, and the dining room was enlarged after a renovation; side dishes are refilled as soon as they run out. A wait forms during meal times, and parking can be inconvenient.
