Maekbanseok Jogae Gui

Maekbanseok Jogaegui is a shellfish grill restaurant in the food alley behind Ssangmun Station in Seoul. It grills clams, large scallops, and steamed shellfish on a hot stone slab, along with salt-grilled large shrimp. The shrimp heads are finished with butter, and sujebi (hand-torn dough soup) comes as a free dish. On a weekend at 5:30 p.m. the wait was 45 minutes, and there was a wait on weekdays as well.
