IFURE

Epure is a small restaurant near Dobong Station in Seoul that serves Italian fusion dishes and wood-fired pizza. The menu mixes Italian cooking with Korean ingredients, including carbonara, aged kimchi rose pasta, and sous-vide tenderloin steak. The open space holds four tables for four and two tables for two, and the noodles can be changed to linguine at no charge. Because the space is small, reservations are needed when it is busy.
