Hyehwa Myeonok

Hyehwamyeonok is a naengmyeon (cold noodles) restaurant in Donamdong, Seoul, serving naengmyeon, galbitang, and mandu. Its bibim naengmyeon and mul naengmyeon have bold flavors close to Hamheung-style naengmyeon. The naengmyeon noodles are made in-house and have a firm, chewy texture. The broth for the mul naengmyeon is strongly seasoned.
