Hongbang-Won

Hongbangwon is a Chinese restaurant in Dobong-gu, Seoul, a five-minute walk from Exit 2 of Dobong Station. It serves ganjjajang, made in an old style with finely chopped vegetables and meat stir-fried until thick to bring out the savory depth of chunjang. The tangsuyuk is also an old style, served with the sauce poured over it. At 11:20 a.m. three parties were already waiting, and by around 11:40 a.m. the wait runs 20 to 30 minutes.
