Han Changhui Gogi Guksu

Hanchanghui Gogi-guksu is a Korean restaurant in Seoul serving gogi-guksu (pork-broth noodles) in a clear pork broth. The dish combines chewy noodles and pork broth with a garlic aroma. The owner runs the restaurant alone, so customers serve themselves and wait about 15 minutes after ordering. It is closed on Saturdays, and the large noodle serving is too much for one person.
