Dumangang Sundae Guk

Dumangang Sundaeguk in Banghak-dong, Dobong-gu, Seoul serves only sundaeguk and suyuk. The white broth comes with minced chili, chives, and chili oil to adjust to taste. The dining area is clean throughout, and the pork odor is nearly absent, so the mild flavor comes through. The sundaeguk contains a generous amount of head meat.
