Doremi Bunsik Instant Tteokbokki

Doremi Bunsik is an instant tteokbokki snack shop near Duksung Women's University, a four-minute walk from Exit 1 of the April 19th National Cemetery Station in Seoul. The base order comes with wheat tteok, fish cake, chewy noodles, and vegetables, seasoned with a mild sauce that mixes gochujang and jajang. The shop has held the same spot for a long time, and the usual order moves from tteokbokki to fried rice cooked in the remaining sauce. Adding more extra ingredients makes the meal heavier.
