Changdong Bindaetteok

Changdong Bindaetteok is an old-style restaurant in an alley near Ssangmun Station in Seoul that serves hongeo samhap, hongguljeon, and bindaetteok. The hongguljeon is made by mixing hongeo and oysters into the batter, which is thick and carries the hongeo aroma throughout. The shop is furnished in an old style with small tables packed tightly, and a basic mung bean pancake and kimchi soup come with the meal. The oysters in the samhap are not part of the basic set and must be ordered separately.
