Hyeongmin Tuna

Hyeongmin Chamchi is a tuna hoe restaurant near Seoul Asan Medical Center that serves its raw fish as a course. Dine-in is all-you-can-eat, and takeout packs cuts such as bae-kkop-sal otoro, chutoro, deungsal and kamatoro. The shop has several private rooms, and parties of two or more can watch a tuna head carving show. Takeout orders come with fried shrimp and tuna sushi as a service, and the sushi rice lets customers make their own sushi.
