Pungnyeonsanghoe Short Ribs

Pungnyeon Sanghoe Jjokgalbi is a grilled rib restaurant at the end of the Jjukkumi Alley in Cheonho-dong, Seoul, serving yangnyeom jjokgalbi and spicy jjokgalbi. The yangnyeom ribs are sweet like soy-marinated bulgogi, while the spicy jjokgalbi has a mild heat. The meat arrives partly cooked, so it needs only three to four minutes more on the grill, and tteok, sweet potato, pork skin, and steamed egg come with the order. On weekends the wait can run about 30 minutes.
