Shiomi Sushi

Shiomi Sushi is a sushi omakase restaurant on the first floor of Shin Donga Famillee, directly connected to Gangdong Station in Gangdong-gu, Seoul. The single course moves from tsumami such as steamed egg and pork salad to aged hoe, uni, and octopus, then dessert. The restaurant moved to a new location and is now tidier, and corkage is allowed. The chef is also a sake sommelier, and the number of nigiri is on the small side.
