Insaeng Hoetjip

Insaeng Hoetjip in Seoul serves hoe and seafood dishes. The hoe is sliced thick so each fish keeps its own taste and texture, and other dishes come out alongside it. The cooked dishes are above average as well. Reservations are required, so walking in without one does not work.
