Haewagob

Haewagop is a gopchang (grilled intestines) restaurant near Cheonho Rodeo Street in Seoul that grills gopchang and daechang (beef large intestine) at the table. The gopchang is packed with filling, and the daechang is cooked on a separate tray so the oils do not mix. On weekday evenings there can be a wait, and staff grill the meat themselves and explain it as they cook. The portion size per serving is on the small side.
