Gunsan Sikdang is an old Korean restaurant in Seoul that serves jeyuk bokkeum along with cheonggukjang and stews. The jeyuk bokkeum is made with carrots, ginger, garlic, and chamnamul, and is eaten wrapped in gim rather than lettuce. One grandmother handles the cooking, serving, and cleaning, so orders take about 15 to 30 minutes and are eaten at floor seating. The dining space is not clean.
