Ttuksim is a gamjatang restaurant in Bongmyeong-dong, Cheongju. It serves gamjatang and bbyeodagwi haejangguk, and the remaining broth is finished with ramyeon noodles and bokkeumbap. The aged meat separates easily from the bone, and the broth is clean with a savory depth. The broth is spicy, so it is heavy going for anyone who cannot handle heat.
