Cheongju Daesan Boribap is a barley rice restaurant in Cheongju. Its aged kimchi cheonggukjang set includes barley rice and white rice in equal parts, along with either tteokgalbi or pizza, and suyuk. On a Sunday at 2 p.m., the wait was 10 to 20 minutes, and ordering in advance while waiting meant the food arrived as soon as customers sat down. Weekend waits are substantial.
