Jangwon Gap Sonkalguksu Cheongju Branch

Jangwongap Son Kalguksu Cheongju is a hand-cut noodle restaurant in Bunpyeong-dong, Cheongju. The chadol minari ssam shabu is eaten first with minari, mushrooms, and meat, then finished with kalguksu noodles and perilla oil kkakdugi fried rice. The noodles become chewy at 5 minutes, firm at 8 minutes, and soft at 10 minutes. There is a wait during lunch hours.
