Syooten

Shooten is a Japanese ramen restaurant in Deokcheon, Busan, serving iekei-style ramen. Its signature Shooten ramen uses a pork, chicken, and seafood broth with a soy sauce base, topped with chashu, seasoned egg, menma, green onion, seaweed, and garlic. The shop has about nine counter seats, offers free rice, and plays J-POP. Two people handle both delivery and in-store orders, which makes the store's operation hectic.
