Woominam Hwamyeong Branch

Woominam Hwamyeong is a beef restaurant in Hwamyeong-dong, Busan, where staff grill aged hanwoo cuts such as tenderloin and ribeye from start to finish. The meat is served with salt, wasabi, whole grain mustard, and cheongeoran sauce. The lunch special, hanwoo mushroom bulgogi, is available from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and comes with bibimbap. One bottle of wine or whisky can be brought in without a corkage fee.
