Park Yongchae's Daebak Teojin Donkkaseu in Mandeok, Busan serves old-style Korean-Western donkkaseu along with jjolmyeon and sujebi (hand-torn dough soup). The donkkaseu comes with a choice of sauce poured over the cutlet or served on the side for dipping, and orders of jjolmyeon include a small bowl of sujebi broth.
