Issue Mori

Ishumori is a Japanese restaurant behind Pagoda Academy in Seomyeon 1st Street, Busan, serving aged sushi and futomaki. The special sushi set has 15 pieces, and the shari is well seasoned and comes out with the neta. There is a wait at weekday lunch, and the aging level and the amount of shari on the nigiri are notable choices. Prices are not on the low side.
