Sojei

Sojei is a retro-style beef restaurant in the alleys of Seomyeon 1st Street, serving thick LA galbi and oxtail jjim. Staff grill the LA galbi at the table, and it is eaten with sides such as cheongeoran mayo, daepa wasabi, and egg yolk sauce. The basic table setting includes yukhoe, and to finish, diners can order doenjang sulbap or bokkeumbap. In the evening the wait is long, so a reservation is needed.
