Myeongdang Mandu

Myeongdang Mandu is an old dumpling shop at the entrance of Sujeong Traditional Market in Busan, selling meat mandu and kimchi mandu. The shop makes its own wrappers and fillings, then grills or steams the meat and kimchi mandu to order. The storefront holds only two tables, and the shop also ships nationwide. Interior hygiene management is lacking.
