Ilmi Milmyeon sits in an alley across from the International Market and the Busan Modern and Contemporary History Museum, near Nampo Station and Jungang Station in Busan. The old milmyeon restaurant serves mul milmyeon, bibim milmyeon, and dwaeji gukbap. Its broth is boiled for a long time with beef leg bones and various medicinal herbs, and the noodles are chewy like jjolmyeon; suyuk can be ordered as well. It opens at 11 a.m., and the small dining room fills up enough to cause a wait of about 20 minutes.
