I-ddo-I sushi

Ittoui Sushi is a small sushi restaurant in Busan that serves sushi sets with half soba or half udon. The salmon is unfrozen raw salmon delivered each morning and prepared in-house, and the Ittoui Set comes as 12 pieces of salmon, raw fish, soy-marinated shrimp, raw shrimp, vinegared shrimp, beef, eel, and egg. The Buchaesal Beef Set comes with 10 pieces and half soba or half udon, and takeout, delivery, and reservations are available. The menu is small.
