Phở Thu

Phở Thu is a local restaurant behind Da Nang Station, near the sleeping bus pickup point, serving beef pho. The beef pho contains cuts of beef and rare beef, and is eaten with herbs, bean sprouts, pickled garlic and chili, lime, and fish sauce. Most customers are locals and there are almost no tourists, and indoor seating is available. The broth is slightly oily but has no gamey smell and is moderately heavy.
