Amtuk Sseo O is a large group restaurant in Da Nang that serves Vietnamese dishes including banh xeo, nem lui, and pho. The banh xeo is a round pancake eaten wrapped in rice paper with plenty of lettuce and herbs, and staff explain how to eat it and which sauces to combine. Seating is plentiful on the second-floor hall, which is air-conditioned, and food for package customers sometimes comes out pre-prepared. When groups crowd in, tables are close together and the interior is loud, making the meal hectic.
