Kim Bulsidae is a restaurant in Seoul that serves kimchi bulgogi. A grill pan is filled with mu saengchae, kimchi, mushrooms, and scallions, then broth is poured in and brought to a boil, combining sweet bulgogi with strongly sour aged kimchi. The flavor comes through once the kimchi has cooked down and absorbed the bulgogi oil, and the broth can be mixed with rice. The portions are small.
