Salt Steak

Salt Steak is a steak restaurant near Songdo Central Park in Incheon that serves wood-fired wagyu sirloin steak and chorizo pasta. Meat is finished at the table with ghee poured over it, and marrow is scraped from a large bone. Several kinds of salt are provided so each piece can be eaten with a different one, and carrot rapfée and baguette come on the side. Seating is limited, so reservations are required.
