Buyong Gukbap

Buyong Gukbap is a restaurant in Incheon that serves dwaeji gukbap and suyuk. The dwaeji gukbap has a clear broth without gaminess and soft chunks of boiled meat, and it is boiled again after ordering. It opens at 9 a.m., food comes out about five minutes after ordering, and seasoning sauce sits on each table. On some evenings it closes early when ingredients run out, and the parking lot entrance is narrow with limited spaces.
