Unagi Man

Unagi Man is a freshwater eel restaurant in Yeonsan-dong, Busan, serving eel over rice. Diners choose between unaju and hitsumabushi, and the eel is cooked until tender. Rooms on the second floor are used for gatherings and business meetings. The eel is eaten dipped in sesame seeds or as ochazuke.
