Taehwajang Bossam

Taehwajang Bossam is an old bossam restaurant in a Busan alley that serves dwaeji gukbap and bossam suyuk. The suyuk baekban comes with crunchy, spicy-sweet pickled radish kimchi, and the gukbap is eaten clean without seasoning sauce. The dwaeji gukbap includes bean sprouts, and the broth can be refilled. It sits deep in the alley, so it is hard to find the first time.
