Subok Dwaeji Gukbap

Subok Dwaeji Gukbap is a restaurant in the Yeonsan Station area of Busan that serves dwaeji gukbap made with domestic pork. The pork is sliced thin and tender, and the dish comes with kimchi, kkakdugi, and buchu on the side. It opens in the morning on weekends as well, and has its own parking lot and a self-service bar. The broth is on the light and mild side rather than rich, and the suyuk baekban stays warm to the end on a solid fuel burner.
