Shabhyangyeon Sanjeom is a shabu-shabu restaurant near Yeonsan Station Exit 7 in Busan, where diners boil vegetables and mushrooms in broth at the table. Staff bring the meat and broth, while diners serve themselves japchae, tteokbokki, chicken, salad, fruit, and porridge ingredients from a salad bar. Each table has rice paper for wrapping, and when salad bar items run out late in the evening, staff refill them with other dishes. The salad bar's selection is limited.
